Diahann Young leads Innovation, Content and Social Media at the PulteGroup. In her role, she leads the consumer innovation team as well as the social media and search teams. Prior to joining PulteGroup, Diahann served as Multicultural Director at The Coca-Cola Company where she also served in various brand marketing and innovation capacities, including leading the Fanta Brand, creation of the Coca-Cola Mini can and the initiation of Asian and LGBT marketing. She began her career with Proctor and Gamble where she held brand management roles in the Paper Products, and Fabrics and Home Care groups.

Diahann holds a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The University of Miami. Diahann is active her community and serves on the Board for the PulteGroup Foundation.
